Rooms in Old wing are strictly ok and overpriced. New Wing has better looking rooms. Make sure which Wing you choose at the time of booking. Food is a disaster here, quality and hygiene is a serious concern. Avoid eating here if you care about your health. Staff not really concerned about issues highlighted.

Only One night was spent with family, very Spacious and huge rooms, Living Room IS as huge as Bathroom, Bedroom is huge size. USP was in room Jacuzzi was present, all operational, spent good times with kids in Jacuzzi Location wise, very near to mapro, and also panchagani, cool and calm location. New property, elevator is missing, Staffs needs good training, in terms of behavior, and service.

The property has two buildings, Old and New. I stayed in Royal Suite which is in new building. Rooms were pretty spacious with very big bathrooms (with bath tub). Loved the rooms. There needs to be better lightning near wash sinks or there needs to be shaving mirrors. There is no valley view from any of the buildings. Currently, villas were under construction Option in the F&B Menu was limited and within that limited menu, there was further a limitation of availability...hence leaving with very less choice. But food was good in taste. Satisfied with whatever we ordered The staff was mostly untrained. This does not mean that they were not hospitable. They were hospitable but lacked the sense of hospitality industry. For instance, I ordered for tea in room service and instead of a kettle, it was served in open cups. Or a small request of a salt sachet took a while to be fulfilled. The housekeeping was done in the room but that only meant cleaning the floor and changing towels..no replenishment on toiletries and tea/coffee bar. As per the manager, most of the trained staff was on leave due to Ganesh Chaturthi The property is located in Bhilar, which is a mid point to Panchagani (20 mins drive) and Mahabaleshwar (30mins drive) Overall, I loved the rooms and done mind visiting again

The stay was very cool and calm. We stayed for 2 days.Service is very good and helping in nature. Food quality is good. Bhilar is village of Books.Owner helped us to get books at hotel and read it ....The ambiance is excellent and worth staying.

A very beautiful hotel situated in bhilar ...between panchgani and mahabaleshwar . they have 2 properties one is old building but well maintained property where we actually stayed ..and other is a newly built property with swimming pool...this new property is a very luxurious one with big rooms and classy interiors and a bathtub. We had a 2 night stay in the old building in executive room on 1st flor which had clean and well maintained rooms. But no view on both the property. Hotel has there own small strawberry farm where u can pluck some..staff is very polite and always ready to cater all your requests. Special mentioned for the manage who is very respectful. Hotel restaurant has a very beautiful ambiance but the food is actually not that great. The Chinese we ordered was nice but chicken tikka was dry and over cooked and biryani was the worst. Just masala rice topped with chicken.( food concerns were shared with the manager as i feel when u pay premium u should get same quality of food). In n all a very good time spend in this resort. Thanks shivsagar for a comfortable stay.
